Arville Junior Ruble, 89, passed away February 28, 2012. He was born on June 29, 1922 in Mount Orab, Ohio, to George M and Lavola A (Waits) Ruble. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; two brothers, Robert and David; and three sister, Laura Collins, Georgia Reisinger, and Gladice Stull.
He is survived by his sister, Lavola (Herbert) Wages of Manchester, Ohio; two nephews, Claude (Becky) Tabor, of Indianapolis, and Earl Russell (Shelia) Tabor, of Greenfield; two nieces, Marie Tabor and Nancy King, both of Indianapolis. Arville and Evelyn raised these four children, as if they were their own. He is also survived by many other family and friends.
A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the United Soldier’s Christian Chapel, 5626 Lawton Loop East Drive, Indianapolis, with burial to follow at Anderson Cemetery, in Indianapolis, with full military honors. Friends may call Friday evening from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Soldier’s Chapel. Arrangements entrusted to Indiana Funeral Care.

no one will ever know how much i love you and you love me-the only ones who knows would be the two of us and god. you are a wonderful man with a great heart of gold. you taught me so much and your memories no one can ever take away. others may think of you as uncle or something else but to me you are the father i needed and never had… i reward you and evelyn taking youre time to take me ,claude,marie,earl and raising us…i am sure you two had your hands full…you and evelyn could went around any where in the world to enjoy life but you two chose to share it with us instead..thank you so much..iwill never forget you…the memories will carry on 4-ever. i love you dad…when my time comes we will meet again….a reunion with great rejoicing then it will be with you and everyone else i will see. rest in heaven..god has you now and you will be safe in his hands. i love and miss you dad. bye…nancy king

Dusty, It has been a real Honor and Joy to have helped with the care of One of Americas Hero’s. He served his country, and for that all Americans should be Greatful. He was such a joy!
